It’s that time of the year again, where we sit back, relax and enjoy the fruits of our labor while reflecting on the works that pretty much took over our lives for the past 12 months 😅 But first, some fun facts!
As a multidisciplinary creative studio, we made quite variety of work e.g. branding, events, website, etc. but Video took most of our waking (and sleeping) hours this year.
From event collaterals, product branding to online videos, this year’s projects have been seen, touched and experienced by 36,291 pair of eyeballs and hands.
We live, eat and sleep Adobe CC. So it’s no surprise that the most used app for our work is Adobe Illustrator. Bossman Zam wrote a bit about it here.
It might be a coincidence with our brand (favourite) color, but Blue was the most used color in our projects this year. “Monday blues” seem pretty apt now.
We’re not really coffee drinkers, but 480 cups of Milo have been our primary fuel to burn through the late nights and early mornings chasing deadlines.

Yayasan Chow Kit
Toolkit/training manual for child practitioners and NGOs based on Yayasan Chow Kit’s 6 years experience. YCK is a 24-hour crisis and drop-in centre providing meals, activities, therapy, case management, and educational programmes for at-risk children of Chow Kit. Visit website.
